How far in advance do I need to order?

—Most orders can be made ready for the next day, usually within 12-24 hours. If you have a custom order, please allow 48 hours. If you’re ordering ahead, select the calendar at checkout to choose a future pickup date.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

— Premium, local, all natural ingredients—no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Organic, when available.

Are there vegan or gluten-free options?
—Yes! Options for vegan and gluten-free items are listed under applicable menu items. Availability rotates, so check the weekly menu for current offerings.

What if I need to reschedule my pickup?

—To keep your Sweets the freshest, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your pickup. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

What if I miss my pickup window?

—Orders will be kept on the porch bakery rack until 6:15pm. Sweets are baked fresh for the day of pickup; due to the perishable nature of most items, uncollected orders are discarded or donated and are not eligible for a refund. Please contact me to reschedule if you aren’t able to collect your order at your scheduled time.

What if I don’t like your Sweets?

— If you’re dissatisfied with the quality of your order, or you just weren’t a fan, please let me know! I will be happy to replace and/or refund your purchase.

Do you accept catering orders or custom cake requests?

— Absolutely! I’d love to make a cake or cater your next event! Submit the ‘Contact’ form with your order request and I will send back a custom quote.

All baked goods are packaged to maintain freshness and quality. Pastries and breads are intended to be enjoyed the same day for best texture and flavor, though storage and reheating tips are provided with select items.
